Philippines Leads Russell Asia Index, Country up Almost 71% YTD

SEATTLE, WA--(뉴스와이어)--The Russell Asia Index reflected a 14.0% return year-to-date, as nine out of the eleven countries in the region posted double digit returns through November 19, 2010. The Philippines, up 70.8% so far this year, was the top performing country in the Russell Asia Index, followed by Thailand (55.8%), Indonesia (47.1%) and Malaysia (36.1%).

Taiwan and Japan reflected the lowest returns thus far, gaining 9.2% respectively through November 19, 2010.
