The international Ministerial Round Table on Innovation to be held in Seoul for the first time
The Round Table, participating about 70 ministers in total, will be starting with UN under-secretary-general Jose Antonio Ocampo’s keynote address. It will thereon discuss vision, strategies and initiatives for reinventing government and, at the same time, share knowledge and experiences on innovation of participating countries. It will be finished with the endorsement of the Seoul Declaration to be disclosed in the closing ceremony of the Forum.
This Round Table holds H.E Oh Young-Kyo, Minister of Government Administration and Home Affairs, as a moderator, and proceeds on by open discussion with the topic on strengthening state capacities and creative partnerships. About 20 countries already submitted their papers for discussion in advance.

He also believe that the round table serve as an venue for ministers to share their knowledge and experiences for reinventing government,"
As a representative of the Republic of Korea, Yang-Sik Choi, assistant Minister of the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs, also provides a short introduction on the proceedings and strategies of government innovation in Korea.
