(NASDAQ: ANAD), a world leader in radio frequency (RF) and mixed signal semiconductor solutions, today announced that the Company is shipping production volumes of its third generation High-Efficiency-at-Low-Power (HELP3E™) dual-band power amplifiers (PAs) to Sierra Wireless. Sierra Wireless‘ AirPrime MC7700 and MC7750 embedded modules are powered by ANADIGICS’ AWU6615. The AirPrime MC7710 is enabled by the AWU6618.

ANADIGICS‘ HELP3E™ PAs use the Company’s exclusive InGaP-Plus™ technology to achieve optimal efficiency across low-range and mid-range output power levels and provide low quiescent currents. The compact 3 mm by 5 mm HELP3E™ dual-band PAs feature an integrated voltage regulator. This level of integration reduces printed circuit board (PCB) space by 25% compared with current generation dual-band solutions.
