SEATTLE, WA--(Korea Newswire)--The Russell Asia Pacific Index has suffered a relatively substantial loss (-11.2%) year-to-date, through October 24. Conversely, month-to-date, the Russell Asia Pacific Index has reflected positive gains of 5.2%.
