SEATTLE, WA--(Korea Newswire)--The Russell Korea Index posted a total return of +166.0% for the three years ended through March 9th, 2012, versus +111.5% for the Russell 1000® Index and +48.4% for the Russell Japan Index for the same period.

In the Russell Korea Index, Technology (+201.1%) was one of the top three sectors for the three years ended March 9th, 2012.

In the Russell Japan Index, Technology (+3.4%) was one of the bottom five sectors for the three years ended March 9th, 2012.

Year-to-date through March 9th, the Russell Korea Index (+12.8%) has also outperformed the Russell 1000® Index (+8.8%) and the Russell Japan Index (+7.5%) in terms of total return.
