CHUNCHEON--(Korea Newswire)--Votem Co., Ltd. (CEO, Tony Kang, www.votem.kr), a manufacturing company specialized in medical equipment is selected as one of the best 100 workplaces in Korea for the two consecutive years.

“GWP KOREA” organizes “the best 100 workplaces in Korea”, which has the 11th anniversary, as aiming to diffuse a consensus as to good workplaces and forming a management culture of that human resource is the right competitiveness in order to contribute the advancement of Korean companies.

The first thing the company has done to make the company become a good workplace was to implement the five workdays in a week system, which was only for companies whose number of employees exceeded 50, even though Votem Co., Ltd. had less than 20 employees. Thus, the employees could reduce stress and improve concentration.

In addition, the company subscribed to the retirement pension insurance and the accident insurance in order to promote a variety of welfares, and guarantees a minimum of 9 days including weekends for summer and winter vacation. And the company reduces the burden of homecoming through enabling the employees to leverage one day each before and after holiday as paid leave.
