Seoul--(뉴스와이어)--The Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) started a new service that provides moving images that can be projected on the screen of mobile phones on Monday (Oct. 31) to raise the public’s interest in the government’s IT 839 policy.

The moving images include “IT 839,” “Dynamic Korea,” “U-Korea,” “cozy ubiquitous world” and several others.
