PyeongChang--(뉴스와이어)--PyeongChang 2014 Bid Committee held a General Meeting in Seoul today to review its bidding efforts, and polish future promotions and activities. The Meeting brought together over 100 bid committee members and advisors.

PyeongChang 2014 Chairman Han Seung-soo expressed the ambitions of the bid team by saying, “Three hundred days before the decision of Host City, let us mark this occasion as an opportunity to ensure that PyeongChang is selected as Host City in Guatemala in July next year.”

The General Meeting also served as a forum to streamline administrative operations and to discuss key issues on both domestic and international spheres related to the PyeongChang 2014 bid campaign.

And, with an eye to strengthening ties among staffers, a two-day workshop is scheduled for the Gangwon provincial capital of Chuncheon on September 7.
