He challenged employees to continue raising quality to the highest level.
Arcamone had personally proposed the night shift visit to the plant. He also took the opportunity to inspect the assembly line. Earlier today, he presented a Lunar New Year’s message to all employees, emphasizing change and communication.
In his message, Arcamone said: “It is people that are the driving force behind change. Change is only possible when all employees including our company’s leadership participate in this movement with one mind.”
He encouraged the company’s workforce to adopt mutual communication, stating: “I will personally make it a point to carefully listen to all of our employees through onsite management. Only when active communication between the leadership and our employees becomes routine can we move another step closer to sustainable success of GM Daewoo.”
