GM Korea Introduces 2012 Chevrolet Cruze

SEOUL--(Korea Newswire)--GM Korea Company has introduced the 2012 model year Chevrolet Cruze compact sedan with upgraded convenience features. The 2012 Cruze will go on sale in Korea starting July 20.

The exterior styling of the 2012 Cruze is enhanced by a newly added “mineral oil blue” color, which gives fashion-conscious customers another choice. The sedan has an array of new convenience features including rear park assist, 7-inch touch-screen navigation, shark fin antenna, electric tollgate collecting system and tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). Another notable feature is the Sensitive Electronic Stability Control (SESC) system, which comes standard on all trim levels, enhancing driving stability.

“The 2012 Cruze has incorporated customer feedback from the original model,” said Ankush Arora, GM Korea Vice President of Vehicle Sales, Service and Marketing. “In addition to offering striking styling, great performance and proven world-class safety, the new Cruze – with its enhanced features – will strengthen GM Korea’s position in the compact car market.”

The 2012 Chevrolet Cruze 1.6 is priced at KRW 16.36 million for the LT and KRW 17.04 million for the LTZ (A/T). The 2012 Cruze 1.8 is priced at KRW 16.79 million for the LT and KRW 17.47 million for the LTZ (A/T). The 2012 Cruze Diesel 2.0 is priced at KRW 20.35 million for the LTZ (A/T).
